Inability to resolve a simple issue, putting the inconvenience back to me the customer. Inconsistent information provided 4mths apart regarding a quote for bumper repairs. Slap dash car cleaning.

The service department lets you down. Karl Haxton and his team in sales are excellent but I never experience the same, high quality service from the service department.
