Having purchase 10 from a competitor BMW - gave this a chance expecting to go with previous supplier. I didn't due to service.

Sales guys, Sunil and Karl were great. The person who was supposed to contact me to discuss delivery time frame didn't. I needed to chase, then was very laxadazical about the while thing from my point of view. No impact in the end though.

Car wash that I got was poor, spent over £500 to get my car serviced & I got a free car wash with it but I shouldn't have bother cause they cleaned half the car, 0/10 car wash service & I could've gone elsewhere to get my car serviced for £200Cheaper

Your payment app was like using something from the early 2000s. It rejected my cards and my card company also viewed the transactions as being fraudulent, so I needed to unfreeze my cards prior to making the payment. It worked via a card machine.

The recall said the airbag replacement was like-for-like I have an M steering wheel with fine leather on the bottom V spoke, and had the airbag to match. What was fitted was a standard M-sport airbag with moulded plastic. Very disappointed

I decided to wait while the work was done to my car, and was advised it would be approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. It actually took over 2 1/2 hours, which was not a problem, but I was never told it would take longer than expected while I waited.
