Sales guys, Sunil and Karl were great. The person who was supposed to contact me to discuss delivery time frame didn't. I needed to chase, then was very laxadazical about the while thing from my point of view. No impact in the end though.

The issue that I had with my car was dealt with quickly and efficiently and at reasonable cost allowing me to get back on the road as soon as possible. Stanley Gough kept me informed as the problem was diagnosed and repairs carried out.

All of the staff in this area at BMW Group 1 Bedford are a strength of the business. The technicians and service liaise with the customers so they are kept in the picture as to cost and timings of any work carried out and kept updated with progress.

Work was done (As far as I know as there is no evidence for me to see) but there was a days delay getting the work completed. I had to take time off work to return the next day to collect the car. As usual there was a staff shortage in the workshop!!

Car wash that I got was poor, spent over £500 to get my car serviced & I got a free car wash with it but I shouldn't have bother cause they cleaned half the car, 0/10 car wash service & I could've gone elsewhere to get my car serviced for £200Cheaper
